Tracey Diss, CPA, PHR, Firm Administrator
Tracey Diss is our Firm Administrator and Human Resources Manager. She joined the firm in May 1995 as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to In-Charge Accountant in 1996 and Senior Accountant in 1998. In 1999, she became the Firm Administrator. She is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the firm, and for directing the implementation of firm policies.
Tracey graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance. She is a licensed CPA in Maryland and is certified as a PHR (Professional Human Resources). She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Firm Management Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
When she is not in the office, Tracey is most likely to be found around a pool or running event, where she is either watching and cheering her kids on or participating herself.
