Steve is a partner of Lanigan, Ryan, Malcolm & Doyle, PC and has been a member of the firm for over nineteen years. Steve takes pride in giving our employees and clients the tools they need to meet their full potential.
Experience
Steve has provided services to construction contractors, government contractors and building cleaning contractors during his career. Steve has provided consulting services to clients such as implementing accounting systems, strengthening internal controls, due diligence related to purchases of potential acquisitions and assistance with the sales of clients. Steve has also helped clients become compliant with the regulatory requirements for government contractors and has interfaced with government audit agencies on behalf of his clients.
Education
Steve received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1989. He is a licensed CPA in Virginia and Maryland.
Professional Associations:
Steve is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Virginia Society of CPAs and the Maryland Association of CPAs. He is a board member of the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors (CABSC) and is an active member of the Associated Builders & Contractors Virginia chapter. Related to these duties, Steve monitors the financial position for the CABSC Board, as well as teaches the "Resource Control and Cost Awareness" classes to both construction supervisors and project managers.

Steve is very active in his community. If he is not in the office then you might find him serving as a coach for his children's soccer teams. |
