LRMD has a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Each year we participate in many activities together, including a ski trip, holiday party, and company softball and volleyball teams. In the past several years, the firm has enjoyed cruises to the Bahamas, Key West and Mexico. We have also traveled together to Cancun, Puerto Rico and Las Vegas.

December through April is our busy season. To help alleviate any tension created from this hectic time, we provide several activities to lighten the mood. We provide catered lunches, occasional massages from a professional masseuse, and office-wide Wii tournaments.

Throughout the year we have happy hours and attend sporting events such as Nationals' and Orioles' baseball games, Wizards' basketball games, University of Maryland basketball and football games, and Capitals' hockey games. Our staff often goes on fishing trips on the Chesapeake Bay as a means of getting to know each other and our clients better.
